UX Design & Usability, Software Development | Uncovering requirements and feasibility
Challenge:
Design a Photo Upload form for colleagues to change their corporate identity photo for use in business systems. Engaged mid-project at the beginning of sprint cycle. The requirements were drafted previously and due, but had not been confirmed technically feasible by the development team. I created annotated mock-ups labeled with requirements to visually demonstrate what was needed.
Outcome:
The annotated mock-up of the requirements helped facilitate feasibility discussions. The project team had a visual of the requirements and a clear understanding of which requirements were feasible and which would require custom work.
